Facilitator

Tobias Elkjær

Tobias is a counsellor and facilitator at Asnæs & Vangstrup. Tobias works from Aarhus, Denmark.

In addition to helping build a nightclub chain, Tobias has also worked as Learning & Development Director at REKOM, where he focused on leadership, onboarding and motivation of young employees.

As L&D Director, Tobias had a global learning responsibility across five different countries (Denmark, Norway, Finland, UK and Wales).

In addition to his academic background, Tobias has had a remarkable career spanning from his early days as a runner to becoming a partner and finally to successfully selling his business.

His passion is sharing his knowledge and experience with others in the industry. He is dedicated to teaching employees at all levels how to achieve success for themselves, their colleagues and their companies.

Practical information

Price
DKK 2.200 excl. VAT per participant with follow-up implementation where you are followed for a period of time in your daily work so that we can help you implement your action plan.

Choose whether you want to participate physically or virtually
The course day can be completed with either physical participation in Holte or virtual participation. We have invested in equipment that ensures the same great experience whether you are physically present or sitting behind the screen.

Possibility
