Process design
Increase guest loyalty and customer insight and experience design
The industry is changing and at an increasing pace. For example, our guests want to spend more money and they want more and new experiences. At the same time, it's becoming increasingly difficult to recruit skilled employees, and prices for everything from gas to tomatoes are rising at a historic pace.
We need to become even better at gathering knowledge about our guests and turning that knowledge into action. In the "Process Design" course, you will learn about:
Work with and interpret data
Understand your starting point through analysis
Create an overview of your potential
Translate desired improvements into concrete actions
